Package Questions
Can I change or cancel my package?
Generally, tour packages are non-refundable but are eligible for name changes with a fee if received in writing 7 days prior to trip departure date. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your specific package, however, for exact details.
Can I purchase just the game tickets?
EB Sports is a Tour Operator and sells tickets only in conjunction with a complete tour package. We do not sell game tickets as a separate or stand-alone item.
Can I purchase travel insurance?
Depending on the Tour Package, you can generally purchase Travel Insurance directly from our website after your package has been purchased. We do recommend purchasing Travel Insurance to protect your package purchase against any travel-related eventualities.
Can I request Handicap seating?
Yes, please send us your handicap seating requirements as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. All requests are subject to availability and the constraints of the event locations.
Can I use my own game tickets
Yes, please contact your booking agent or EB Sports in order to customize your tour package to be without game tickets.
Can we upgrade our tickets?
Upgraded tickets are generally available at a premium rate. Please see your specific tour package details online for existing ticket upgrade options.
Flight & Hotel Questions
Can I choose my flight time?
You cannot choose a flight time. Charter flight times are assigned by the airlines based on many factors including available airport gates and aircraft arrival times into the departure cities and are assigned.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, it is generally possible to extend your stay at the tour hotel by calling directly to your booking agent or to EB Sports. Additional nights cannot be added to tour packages that include flight or bus transfers to and from the destination cities.
Can I make other specific hotel requests (rollaway beds, adjoining rooms, etc.)?
Specific hotel requests are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I request a certain bed type (King Bed or Two Double Beds)?
We will give our best efforts to satisfy any Bed Type requests but these will always be subject to availability at the hotel and cannot be guaranteed.
